Returns & Refund Policy

At Vesselio, we curate exceptional tableware meant to be lived with and cherished. We understand that choosing pieces for your table is a personal decision, which is why we've built a return policy centered on your satisfaction.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. This gives you time to experience the quality and character of your purchase.


Return Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • No chips, cracks, breaks, or signs of use
  • Original protective packaging must be intact
  • Contact Vesselio within the 30-day return window

Items damaged through use, accidents, or mishandling are not eligible for return.


Return Process

All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact our team before returning any items.

When initiating a return, provide:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Preferred replacement item (if exchanging)

We'll provide specific return instructions and our return address.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different colors or variants of the same item—we'll cover shipping both ways. For exchanges to a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at contact@vesselio.shop to arrange an exchange.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund amounts:

  • Damaged or defective items: Full refund including original shipping
  • Standard returns: Purchase price (original shipping excluded)

The refund will appear in your account based on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 2–7 business days
  • PayPal: 2 business days
  • Venmo: 2 business days

Refunds may be delayed due to weekends, holidays, or banking processing times.


Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items: We cover return shipping costs.

For standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@vesselio.shop with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you—no need to return the damaged item.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (except arrival damage)
  • Items without original protective packaging
  • Personalized or custom orders (if applicable)
