All orders are processed and ship within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Vesselio ships using USPS Priority Mail for standard shipping and UPS Express Saver for expedited orders.

Standard Shipping ($15.00):

• Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days from order date

UPS Express Saver ($20.58):

• Processing: 1 business day
• Transit: 2–3 business days

Free Shipping (orders $100+):

• Same timeline as Standard Shipping
• Automatically applied at checkout

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. After the final attempt, packages may be held at a local postal facility for pickup or returned to our warehouse. Monitor your tracking updates for specific pickup instructions.

Rural and Remote Areas

Deliveries to rural or remote locations may require 1–2 additional business days beyond standard transit times.

International Shipping

Vesselio currently ships only within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
